The staff is always courteous and friendly. They greet their patients by first name and you get the feeling of being part of a great dental family. Dr. Cleveland, office staff, and staff of dental hygienists operate a highly professional and modern, up to date facility. They use the latest dental care technology and techniques. Even during the COVID-19 pandemic, Dr. Cleveland cared for patients with the highest level of health and safety protocols. Dr. Cleveland emphasizes oral health and regular dental hygiene maintenance. For those sensitive to pain, not to worry. He is extremely caring, understanding, and gentle with his patients. A while back, just before leaving for a trip, I had a dental emergency. I made a call to Dr. Cleveland's office. The office staff understood my situation and made an immediate appointment for me. Dr. Cleveland resolved my dental emergency. If you're dentist fearful like me, you need to see Dr. Cleveland. The office is in the green building across from Don Quixote. Parking free with validation in structure. Making an appointment is really easy. The receptionists are very friendly and accommodating. The biggest plus is you don't have to wait months out for a general cleaning. All of the staff is personable which makes the experience less intimidating. Dr Cleveland is very gentle and checks in with you a lot when doing fillings to see if you're comfortable. He tells you enough about what's happening without making you scared. You see I really am a afraid cat around dentists and need to be treated like a baby lol. Overall I highly recommend their office!

Dr.Cleveland is the best dentist! So happy to have him. He is caring, methodical, gentle, and pays attention to details over the years. My husband and I have been going to him for over 5 years and he consistently provides us with outstanding care! I am amazed at his explanation and follow up procedures. I highly recommend him!

Dr. Terrance Cleveland is very thorough. He is the first dentist that I have had that conducted a New Patient interview when I first started seeing him. I appreciated this extra step because I felt he got to know my dental records better that way, and it also helped my set goals for my future dental health. He is also very thorough and observant during dental examinations. He is proactive, which means he recognizes potential issues beforehand, and gives me instructions/advice on how to treat the issue so it doesn’t become more serious. His hygienic staff is considerate, friendly and gentle. I am in very capable hands at this dental practice.
